Experienced Excavator Operatives

£45,000 to £57,800 (PAYE, on target earnings, including paid overtime) + lodge on top + sign on bonus of £750

Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators and supervisors to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on a 5 year project in Aylesbury, to operate and supervise the following plant:

We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating the following plant:

• Excavator

The right candidate will possess:

• The appropriate competency card, CPCS is preferred but other industry cards will be considered. In the case of supervisors, SSSTS is preferable, but training will be available.
• Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
• Have a positive attitude towards safety.
• Able to communicate well at all levels.
• Have a flexible approach to work.
• Be a strong team player.
• Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Rates of pay and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC with bonusses commensurate to the scale of the Project.
