Commitment: Full-time, office based only.

Description:

We are currently looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and talent management to join our collaborative and efficient team. This job is involves high levels of organisation and proactivity.

BMA is a large and renowned talent agency founded in 1983, dedicated to representing diverse, professional, local, and international talent in the UK.

You will have the opportunity to work in the TV COMMERCIALS AND ACTING team, and you will be responsible for assisting and performing different duties, ensuring that work is performed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for our clients.

We are looking for an individual with their finger on the pulse, someone professional, with excellent attention to detail, diplomacy and who is brilliant multitasker.

This is a very fast and exciting work environment, so you must be able to prioritize, solve problems and work under pressure. We will always have urgent and last-minute requests for shoots and castings!

Requirements:

  • Quick learner, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Be highly motivated and maintain a positive & “can-do” attitude in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Hunger to learn, book and grow in your career as an agent.
  • Open-minded, tolerant, strong work ethic and able to manage stress.
  • Business bachelor’s degree and sales experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating the core values of the agency daily.
  • Manage models, influencers, artists and actors.
  • Checking availability and keeping talent diaries updated.
  • Sending out casting details, actors’ CV, polaroids, self-tapes, and photographs.
  • Suggesting talents for projects and marketing them in the most appropriate ways for the roles.
  • Helping cast the appropriate talent(s) for each brand/production.
  • Negotiating deals and contracts.
  • Continuously sending sales emails, promoting the brand.
  • Communicating, staying connected with clients regularly, being responsive and securing the bookings.
  • Taking telephone enquiries.
  • Doing sales calls to potential clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Assisting with client research, data entry, and maintaining accurate and complete records.
  • Proactively work across the agency to assist, chase, send reminders and book jobs.
  • Arranging and invoicing jobs, travel expenses and covid tests.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes and career growth for talents.
  • Meeting and greeting talents in our office.
  • Stay up to date with the latest commercials airing in the industry and finding your own projects online.

Schedule:

  • Office hours are 9:30 AM to 6 PM or 10AM to 6PM.
  • 1 hour or 30 min lunch break.
  • From home: Occasional evenings or weekends (email or calls) if a job is happening on the weekend or next day. If there are issues with the booking.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £15,130.79-£27,000.00 per year
