Lifesciences Technology – Distributor Management

Location: home based role, 50% European travel (France, Germany, Netherlands)

Candidates must live near an airport, in the UK or France ideally.

We are looking for sales professionals with extensive distributor management experience (10+ years) across Europe. This can be in ANY sector. Scientific background/degree as well as speaking an additional language to English will significantly enhance your application.

THE JOB: The successful candidate will be working for a world leader in assisted reproductive biotech for animals! Responsible for a network of 80 distributors across Europe, China, India and Latin America, you will also have 2 direct reports. Tasked with designing and structuring a distribution management programme, developing strong partnerships and focusing on business growth. Strategic thinkers with strong organisational skills that would well under pressure will do well here.

When travelling, most of your time will be spent in the north of France where the company is based. As well as the Netherlands and Germany. Sustainable long-term growth, setting up new processes and supporting distributors with their strategy will be key to your success!

Key responsibilities - manage and grow the existing network, recruit an onboard new distributor, launch new and innovative products across both artificial insemination and imaging portfolios.

PACKAGE:

  Salary - 70,000 - 80,000 Euros
• Commission - 15,000 - 20,000 Euros, paid annually
