Role Overview & Responsibilities
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Shoot Producer to join our Mini Boden team. This exciting position will have a focus on producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content across Mini Boden.
- Day to day management of a shoot assistant whilst coaching and mentoring.
- Ownership and management of budgets of varying sizes.
- Setting schedules and working to tight deadlines.
- Working with external production companies overseas.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience with Childrenswear shoots and knowledge of child performance licenses.
- Experience with managing a budget is a must as well as being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
- Flexibility to manage constantly changing priorities and feel comfortable working alone and within a team.
- Previous experience managing a team.
