Role Overview & Responsibilities
Experienced person required for day to day yard duties and care of horses, mucking out, grooming etc, making sure they’ve had their massage using the Equissage, been on the walker, turned out and general horse management. Theres the opportunity to ride, but optional. Though the ideal candidate would enjoy schooling, exercising, taking out hacks and possibly teaching if experience was suitable, or getting involved with Pony Club and our mini riders, though this is not essential if it does not interest you. A true love of horses and wanting their care to be top notch is essential.
Job has flexibility to work around family commitments like school runs etc. Preferable days, mornings - Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, or 5 days not including Tuesdays … Sundays need not to be included, during Summertime if that works better for the individual.
A position has become available due to restructuring. Looking for an individual who is hard working, considerate, doesn’t mind about the weather and wants to give horses and ponies what they deserve.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
