Electronics Design Engineer

Breathe Safety are a culture driven , independent confined space safety equipment service provider covering manufacturing, sales, service, hire and training. We have our headquarters in Verwood Dorset ( which is moving to a new facility in Bournemouth Airport within 4 -5 months ) , with a branch in Fawley and Hartlepool . We are a small company who have a work hard play hard attitude.

We require an electronics design engineer with sound background knowledge in IOT , long range Wifi, bluetooth, hardwired systems, modbus , integration of pressure and temperature sensors with a variety of outputs ( 0-5v, 4-20mA etc) and can develop products in an efficient time frame. Ability to work autonomously is key. knowledge in programming languages for basic control of devices woudl be helpful, using Pi / Arduino/ Beaglebone or similar

Key systems include to develop and manage are :

• Hardwired communication system, with amplifiers, noise filtering etc for industrial environments
• gas monitoring devices
• GPS enabled products for monitoring plant and equipment, integration and development
• Breathing apparatus test equipment, involving electromechanical work.

Remuneration is dependant on experience and attitude which will be discussed at interview stage.

Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
