Location: Bradley Stoke, BS32
Job Role: Production / Machine Enclosing Operative
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift rota ~ 7:00am – 19:00pm / 19:00pm – 7:00am (40.22hrs per week)
Salary: £27,137 per annum

gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment agency and currently looking for a Production/Machine Enclosing Operative based in Bradley Stoke, BS32. As production operative you will play a vital part in the operation and work in a busy environment, to operate an enclosing machine to support the daily volume of work required to be dispatched on time and in full meeting client service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Set and operate enclosing machine following work orders and client specific instructions
- Support the daily production volume in line with client service level agreements and targets set
- Manage all aspects of the machine enclosing process, ensuring stock is replenished in time and workload is planned effectively to maximise output
- Adhere to company processes and checks in place – quality, enclosing and dispatch
- Reporting any issues whether print quality, machine, or stock to Management
