Sales Assistant (Fragrance)

Job Description As a Fragrance Consultant for BY FAR, you will be responsible for promoting brand image and awareness while achieving sales targets and providing the highest standard of luxury customer service.

As a brand ambassador, your passion and embodiment of the company’s values will be integral in helping BY FAR conquer the beauty industry with our new fragrance collection "Daydreams".

Responsibilities:

· Pro-actively selling BY FAR products and providing the highest standard of luxury service to both new and existing customers.

· Upselling BY FAR products to increase average transaction value and average transaction units.

· Being aware of, achieving and exceeding sales targets, as set by the Business Manager and management team.

· Confidently promoting the benefits of BY FAR products while demonstrating them on customers.

· Developing strong personal relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Building relationships with store management and adhering to all store policies and procedures.

· Carrying out any additional operational or administrative duties as directed by the management team.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
