Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client are a leading global water technology company providing world class solutions to the most challenging water issues.
A requirement has become available for an Assembly Technician to join a small team that manufacture and produce opto-electrical and mechanical instruments.
As part of the team you will primarily assemble, test and calibrate opto-electrical and mechanical instruments ,assemblies & cables, investigating and rectifying faults when found. For the right candidate there will be occasional opportunity to support the wider business in machine shop, manufacturing administration and laboratory tasks.
Candidates would ideally possess a suitable electronic qualification such as C&G 2240 Electronic Servicing and/or B.Tec Electronic/Electrical Engineering, a mechanical qualification and/or have worked in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
This role is 39 hours per week; 07.30am - 16.30pm Monday to Thursday / 07.30am - 12.00
