Overview:

CSA is a privately owned business dedicated to nurturing and developing high selective brands in the UK Travel Retail channel. Established in 1991, it is the foremost fragrance and cosmetics agency in the UK TR market.

Because of the high number of Arabic speaking customers we have at Heathrow Airport, we now have an opportunity for an Arabic speaking consultant to join our team. If you feel you have the qualities below we would be excited to receive your application.

Role Purpose/Mission:

- Represents La Prairie, the brand values and products

- Drives retail sales to achieve defined targets and sales mix

- Ensures each customer receives the Art of Service, suggesting the right products for them and recruits new customers to the brand

- Adhere to the Grooming Guidelines always and ensure the counter and merchandising is La Prairie standards at all times

Sales

- Achieve or exceed agreed retail sales target and motivate team to drive sales

- Support and develop sales of products in all existing collections as well as launches as per defined retail plan

- Help to recruit new consumers by actively approaching browsing passengers and introducing them to La Prairie

- Always propose the complete ritual and try to increase IPT before closing the sale. Track IPT monthly and set targets for individuals and the counter

- Use samples / replicas according to La Prairie guidelines and communicate quantities with the office

Service

- Ensure Art of Service standards are adhered to at all times

- Actively seek opportunity to offer "The Art of Perfection" services, during and outside of promotional periods

- Ask and listen to customer's concerns and needs and deliver the requested information on the brand and the products

- Maintain a good relationship with all colleagues and shop managers by supporting them in all aspects concerning La Prairie

Product and Brand knowledge

- Proactively get brand and product knowledge by visiting the La Prairie knowledge sections regularly and studying the training material provided

- Participate actively in and attend all offered trainings and practice sales techniques / selling sentences

- Is able to communicate key features and benefits of all products in local (or specified) language

Point of Sale

- Ensure the product display strictly follows the provided planogram and all other La Prairie VM guidelines

- Report out of stock or continuous low stock as well as overstock to the UK Manager

- Always maintain a clean and immaculate counter

- Ensure all testers are clean and functional. The flower is reproduced in each tester after use

- Liaise with the UK Manager (where applicable) about MDQ levels and change accordingly

- Display sales support material (spatulas, brochures etc) as well as other material (hand sanitizer, hair clips, tissues) in a clean and luxurious way according to guidelines

Animations and Product Launches

- Actively introduce the promoted products to all passing passengers as per guidelines

- Support additional/promotional staff with commitment and product knowledge Reporting

- Reports numbers and activities as agreed with UK Manager and allowed by operator

- Send all required monthly paperwork to the office when needed and on time

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Business driver, inspiring people, strong team spirit

- Understands luxury and how to service customers

- Energetic and outgoing personality

- Passion for selling and customers

- Willing to follow guidelines and maintain them

- Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
