Area Sales / Regional Assistant (required to attend various sites )

position would suit trainee or recent graduate looking at route into work

We require a person capable of filling a diverse number of roles within our organization to cover holidays , sickness as well as helping out in specific areas during busy times.

You would also be required to perform a sales role which could require site visits or basic tele sales , although predominately you will be based at our Dundee branch this role requires the person to be flexible as well as have access to a vehicle as travel to other branches / sales calls will be required or possibly a small company car.

Must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of spreadsheets

The position is made up of the following roles,

Trade Counter - you would serve customers visiting the branch as well as answering phone enquiries from both trade and public(could involve heavy lifting). This would require someone who is capable of working our computer system (at the moment this is Sage) to create quotes and invoices , order materials, check and book materials into stock, May involve Fork truck driving (Training would be given)

Sales / tele sales - engaging with our current customer base as well as promoting our company to new potential clients.

Window Order processer - Processing window orders / quotes on using the first degree system (Training will be given) knowledge of this would be advantageous.

Oversee stock takes at branches,

All of these roles are carried out at all our branches which are at the moment based in Dundee , Aberdeen & Falkirk.

Hours are :

Mon - Thursday 8.00 - 17.00

Friday 8.00 - 16.00

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
