Catering Assistants & Kitchen Porters

We are currently recruiting for Full time and Part time Cafe Assistants and Kitchen Porters to join our team at Windsor Castle Undercroft Cafe.
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Under the guidance of your line manager ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
- Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
- Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
