Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate needs
- To take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Be well presented, outgoing and friendly with a positive "can do" attitude
- To follow food hygiene standards
- To have or be willing to complete a basic food hygiene certificate

Some food/catering knowledge is preferred_
The Responsibilities
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining and completing compliance records - allergens etc
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- General food preparation including paninis, jacket potatoes, vegetables for the chefs to use
- Assisting with stock rotation and date checking
This list is not exhaustive; the candidate will be required to undertake some other duties to support the catering team as necessary
