Company Description
Chubb now has an opportunity for a Proposals and Sales Support to join our team in Blackburn. The main goal of this role is to coordinate the response to proposals and aid the delivery of a first class proposal within the time bound response dates.
Job Description
What will I be doing as Proposals and Sales Support?
- Support the Proposal and Sales Team with all admin functions.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotes and costings
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates
- Assist with the collation of all requested information and drafting of final response, and submit Tender Offer in the required format within deadline
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Additional Information
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have strong administration and telephone skills
- Experience in managing customer tender portals (desirable but not essential)
- Have strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to multi task
- Have a real can-do attitude and be a real team player.
