Mixing Operative

Our Bradford based client are a leading chemical processing manufacturing business who due to growth and expansion are recruiting for an experienced Mixing/Blending Operative.

Salary/shift:

• £28,000
• Benefits (pensions, private health etc.)
• Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Duties include:

• Set up, run and operate a specified dispensary, blending machinery, processing chemicals
• Producing bulk batch products for production
• Carry our basic QC checks to monitor product quality and blend
• Undertake packing duties as and when required
• Keeping the manufacturing areas tidy

The candidate:

• Chemical blending/processing experience essential
• Knowledge of a fast pace manufacturing environment

Desirable experience:

• FLT (flexi/bendi) preferred

Candidate:

• Good work ethic
• Flexible on working hours
• Can commit to the shift pattern on offer
• Able to maintain the correct levels of Safety, Hygiene and Quality
