Golf Receptionist

This role will work as part of the operational team providing a high standard of customer care and service at all times. You will need to be flexible in order to accommodate varying shifts covering Monday to Sunday, on a casual basis. Many of the scheduled shifts will be evenings and weekends. You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly with a 'can do' attitude, and be able to use initiative as necessary.

The main duties are:

• Ensure customers are served promptly and efficiently in the reception area.
• Ensure that financial transaction handling procedures are complied with.
• Replenish stocks as required.
• Ensure the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and the smoke free law is complied with.
• Carry out all duties to a high standard.
• Undertake any other duties as required by a line manager.

Skills and experience required:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Work well independently both also as part of a team, as well as the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Past experience of working within a similar role.
• Golf knowledge is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
• Applicants must be 18+ years.
• Be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
