Commercial Landscape Contractor seeks Estimator (Bay Area-Mid-Peninsula)

Well-established commercial landscaper seeking estimatorto join the team! We have a long history of quality commercial landscape construction in the bay area and are considering FT candidates. Our focus is on San Francisco’s top public works construction projects. We offer competitive pay DOE and full benefits including 401K matching in a casual working environment.

Previous estimating experience and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Ideal candidate must also be:

* familiar with prevailing wage projects,

* knowledgeable about all types of landscape irrigation,

* able to accurately calculate landscape planting, import/export soil, site furnishings, hardscape,

* capable of reading an entire set of construction plans, including Architectural, Civil and Landscape sheets and specifications,

* skilled in effective communication with vendors, architects and general contractors.

* detail-oriented with good organizational skills,

* willing to work independently and also as a vital part of our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
