We are looking to recruit part-time Team Members for the Creams Café High Wycombe,We are looking for Team Members with high levels of energy to work together with the management team in driving the business forward.

You must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts that will include some Weekend shifts .Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given, all we ask is that you have an outgoing personality and love working in a guest facing role.

Creams is the UK’s leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes and amazing Gelato Ice Cream, as well as the hit new Vegan menu. The Role As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every Guest has a superb experience when visiting Creams and leaves wanting to return again and again.

Team Member Responsibilities

  • Warm, friendly and engaging while serving Guests
  • Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
  • Able to cope under pressure Demonstrates multi-tasking with ease
  • Able to work as part of team
  • Provide outstanding guest service and be able to anticipate Guests’ needs and expectations
  • Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate excellent food preparation skills
  • Provide quality desserts and beverages to all Guests according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and environment – full training for this is mandatory Team Member Benefits

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
