Role Overview & Responsibilities

Central Access Clinical Business Unit (CBU) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operational Support Officer to join the service.

The Operational Support Officer will work within Central Access Clinical Business Unit. The CBU is based upon a collective leadership approach, led by five Associate Directors (Operational, Nursing, Medical, Allied Health Professional and Psychological Therapies).

The CBU consists of the following services: Universal Crisis Team, Psychiatric Liaison Services, Street Triage, Treatment and Recovery service, ECT and Physical Treatment service.

The successful candidate will provide effective professional project coordination and administrative support to the Associate Director (Operational) and other members of the CBU.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward looking individual who will bring experience and a high degree of capability to aid and support the CBU leadership team.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide support to projects in the CBU, working alongside the Associate Director (Operational), Associate Nurse Director and other CBU members; including the preparation of meeting minutes, project plans, organising meetings and service development workshops.

The successful candidate will support the Associate Director, Associate Nurse Director and other CBU members in the achievement of the Locality quality, performance, financial, workforce and operational objectives.
