Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 x permanent, full-time Flow Team Assistants within Medicine, Surgery, and the Emergency Department at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. We are looking for three motivated, enthusiastic individuals to work independently and the successful applicants will be responsible for the safe and effective utilisation of hospital capacity and patient flow throughout the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.

The primary purpose of the three posts is to support patient flow within the Emergency Department and across the medical and surgical wards. The post holders will form part of the multi-disciplinary team working closely with all disciplines to ensure that patient flow is efficient and effective.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
