Part Time Cleaning Operative

Local Cleaner Required to join our award winning team, Cleaning 2 Public Conveniences in Louth Bus Station and Eastgate. You must be local

(Part-Time Permanent) working a Monday and Tuesday each week, to open and clean in the morning and close in the evening, this would be a 2 hours per day. Extra hours may be available to cover annual leave and sick leave.

Cleaning our public toilet to a high standard

You will be based in Louth

Report any issues to our maintenance team

Uniform will be provided.

Full training will be given.

Company Mobile Phone will be provided.

Essential to be flexible in your approach to your duties and working hours.

Ability to write basic reports using the text function on a mobile phone.

To carry out daily function checks on all appliances within the facilities

Responsibilities and Duties

To Clean Public Conveniences to a very high standard complying with Danfo UK Ltd Method Statements, COSHH and Risk Assessments as per the Staff Manual

To have good communication skills to deal with people at all levels with a good understanding of written and spoken English.

Excellent Timekeeping.

Excellent personal appearance.

Must be hard working.

The ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Salary: £9.50 per hour until the end of March, will increase to £10.42 from April
