Hotel Breakfast Waiter/Waitress

De Rougemont Manor are currently expanding their breakfast team. Due to an increase in business we are looking to take on a new team member to join the Food & Beverage team. Working with the existing team as a Food & Beverage Server (Waiter/Waitress).

This role requires someone who will play a key role in providing amazing experiences for our guests. Working breakfasts, so we are looking for the perfect morning person! It's important to us that the candidate enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest service.

Previous experience within hospitality is preferred for this position, however full training is provided.

Duties include serving in the breakfast restaurant, serving, clearing and taking orders, clearing down and shared potwash duties, minor bar service. Shift times will normally be 7am-11am on weekdays and 7am-12pm on weekends. You would work 3 shifts a week, with extra hours available when covering holiday.

Due to the nature of the positions and our industry it will include most weekends.

Currently this job is only available until October 2023, although there is the possibility of being extended longer.

Due to licensing laws, the applicant must be over the age of 18 to serve alcohol. Driving license would be required due to location, public transport is not an option.
