360 excavator operator (Utilities)
Role Overview & Responsibilities
360 Excavator wanted in the Hoddesdon area, working for national civil utilities & ground working contractor. The job is to install LV, HV and EHV underground power distribution and transmission cables. Working as part of a 3-person gang, duties will include digging around services, digging trenches, breaking out, muck away and back filling operating various size machines (1.5t 360 excavator to 13t 360 excavator). Other duties will include working at ground level assisting with general tasks (fencing off work area, helping to pull cables, unskilled tasks). CPCS or NPORS accreditation and previous experience needed. Any utilities tickets / accreditations would be an advantage (Streetworks NRSWA or EUSR).
Immediate starts available.
Rate of pay: £21.00 per hour.
Duration 4 weeks.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00 hours
