Role Overview & Responsibilities
At Travelbag, we make travel a piece of cake. Our knowledgeable experts live and breathe holidays, so they’re always on hand with tips and advice, to help our customers discover somewhere new. Whether they want a relaxing week away or a month-long adventure, we’ve got it covered.
We are now recruiting for experienced Travel Specialists to join us at our stores in Cheltenham and Solihull.
Ideally you will have experience of selling long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays, but if you only have short haul experience we’d still love to hear from you. GDS experience would also be an advantage. You need to have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel and motivated to meet and exceed your targets
If you have studied travel and tourism or completed a degree and have travelled to long haul destinations – we’d also be interested in your application.
Our Travel Specialists work 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 and in peak periods we can be open 9am to 9pm to meet our customer demands. Hybrid working and part-time hours will be considered, based on experience.
You will receive full training when you join us with further training support in your first year and onwards in your career.
