Role Overview & Responsibilities
Two governess positions on a rota schedule. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and 3 weeks on 3 weeks off during long-distance travel.
Chinese governess with primary school teaching experience
Fully vaccinated
Longevity in previous full-time governess positions. 2-4 years minimum.
Able to work 24/7 for up to two-three weeks at a time.
Experience working with 6–10-year-olds.
Must prepared to work weekends and national holidays, travel frequently and be responsible for any guest children during travel or while at the residence.
Experience with 24- hour shifts-Candidate needs to have had previous experience living in or in rota positions.
Travel ready with little notice, 2xperienced in planning travel to minimize jet lag.
Teaching experience.
Motivating the child while promoting independence.
Knowledgeable of and actively works on educational milestones.
Keeps the parents fully informed, understands the family’s values and is able to install and promote those values with the child.
Managing school calendars, Keeping up with school newsletters. Liaising with teachers.
Managing extra-curricular activities.
Research and coordination of summer camps.
Research and coordination of all activities and outings for local and worldwide travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
