Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are pleased to be offering an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join the Clinical Site team. This will allow the successful applicant to develop skills and experience in operational site management, risk assessment and analysis, multidisciplinary and inter agency working, and people management.
The post supports the current Clinical Site Management team particularly in patient flow to manage our elective pathways alongside our emergency admissions.
The role will also very much support the resilience and function of the current team and provide the opportunity for individual career development.
If you consider yourself to have excellent organisational and communication skills, be a positive team player, and are able to respond to a crisis in a positive and productive manner, we would very much be interested in hearing from you.
You will be supported in your professional development and training, including infection control and major incident management. Opportunities for leadership development would also be available within the operations teams.
