Warehouse Supervisor/ Team Leader

Doughboys Group are currently looking for a enthusiastic Business Support Exec to assist with the daily customer and business operations within our food distribution business at our offices in Reading, RG2

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm | Friday 9am - 4pm

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per Annum

Requirements:

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an eye for detail & have a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated & able to work in a team & independently
• Have good initiative and time management skills.
• Have a can-do attitude & not be hesitant to get stuck in.
• Be ambitious & keen to develop their career

The Role:

• Assisting with new & existing customer enquiries and support requests
• Maintaining positive relationships with our key customer accounts
• Raising orders for product and warehouse supplies along with reviewing inventory levels
• Supporting with weekly Imports and logistics
• Assist Marketing with tasks such as reviews, strategies and implementation of campaigns
• Keeping all systems including CRM and ERP up to date with all relevant information
• Assist with organising Events & Exhibitions
• Support with managing our Distribution and Retail network
