You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission selling advertising on various platforms.

We are looking to expand our already successful team in Coventry. We are looking for new colleagues who have the drive, confidence and ability to thrive in a successful and competitive environment where hard work is rewarded.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm. We provide a full basic with a realistic uncapped OTE

The Role

Managing your own clients, working on a different platforms, you will source and contact local businesses - inviting them to feature on your online magazine. You are totally responsible for the success of each feature, with the support of the team behind you when you need it.

- Sourcing your own leads with direction from sales support

- Managing your own project

- Negotiating and closing sales

The Environment

- Telephone sales, but not a call centre

- No scripts, we need your personality to shine through to gain those sales

- Varied team all focused on performing well to ensure the success of each publication and to earn uncapped commission

- Full training available for the right person

- Free parking and tea and coffee

The Person

- Genuine sales person, with or without previous experience, but with an ability to generate interest, build rapport and close sales.

- Self motivated. You will be expected to manage your own project and time, in a small but growing team

- Motivated by targets. The earning potential is excellent and achievable, but requires motivation, determination and hard work

- Confident yet warm and friendly
