Role Overview & Responsibilities
A vacancy has arisen for a Full time (37.5 hours per week) Team Administrator based at Beech Close, Beech Road, Dunstable, to support The Dementia Intensive Support Service and Older Peoples Crisis Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and has excellent secretarial and communication skills. You must have the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure and be able to deal sympathetically with patients, relatives and carers of people with mental health problems. .
Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team. Previous experience in a mental health or other NHS setting is desirable and you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in using patient information systems, would be advantageous but not essential
