Sales Advisor and Delivery Driver
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Sales advisors are responsible for meeting the needs of customers through phone calls, emails, or direct contact.
The successful candidate will be helping customers with product information, advice, and assistance in making purchases in selecting products which best meets the customers requirements.
Taking phone call orders and ensure reservation and/or delivery of booked products or services.
Creating customer profiles and inputting relevant information to ensure an up-to-date customer database.
Monitoring display shelves to facilitate restocking of out-of-stock items.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products so as to be able to provide useful information to customers.
Collect cash payments and process card transactions for product purchases.
The job also entails delivery and installation of Electrical Appliances to customer’s homes throughout Dorset and Somerset. These include washing machines, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, televisions, and microwaves.
We deliver the appliance to the room of choice, unpack and install as appropriate and remove the packaging. No customer's home is the same, and appliances are of different shapes and sizes so being able to adapt is important to give good customer service.
No prior experience is required and we provide on-the-job and specific industry training.
We are customer facing, so a clean, polite and presentable manner is vital as well as good communication skills.
Full uniform is provided.
A clean driving license is essential.
