Content Writer
Responsibilities:
- Create SEO friendly web content.
- Photographing, Videoing and editing all property videos & photographs
- Produce social media videography, including reels, Tiktoks & Youtube/Instagram
- Growing our social media footprint & online presence
- Grow our physical presence & brand in the local area.
- Create content that is legally compliant and avoid breaking the law.
- Create content that is not plagiarised or infringes on any copyrights.
- Merge and edit images into web content to create a compelling, visual experience for the reader.
- Create content in a timely manner, meet deadlines.
- Follow editorial style guidelines and best practices.
- Provide clear and precise instructions on how to execute tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- A desire for all things marketing and an urge to assist grwoing our bsuiness digitally
- Strong work ethic
- Confident across all types of social media and digital platforms, as well as keeping upto date with latest trends
- Attention to detail & a desire to keep growing, learning and improving.
- Will require a Camera for Photography and Videography
- Video Editing Skills
