Contract length: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Guildford, UK

EA SPORTS & Racing Athlete Marketing Support
As an Athlete Marketing Manager you will build relationships with male and female athletes in key markets for our football (soccer) and racing business.
You will understand our EA SPORTS marketing goals and support us in building holistic marketing plans for how and when we engage with football and racing talent.
You will identify cross-sport integration opportunities in benefit of long-term ambassador relationships and EA SPORTS marketing goals.
Tracking and reporting of KPI´s for athlete activations and marketing campaigns will be an important part of your responsibilities.
Relationship Management
Foster talent communication & outreach for local marketing opportunities
Manage end-to-end talent logistics for shoots and activations.
Work with regional campaign and production teams to create and fulfil contractual rights with our ambassadors.
Develop documentation to collaborate with international teams of best ways to engage with local ambassadors for marketing services.
Deliverables
Local talent marketing plans for our ambassadors
Measurement strategies and retro-analysis reports
Executional briefs for ambassador engagements
Social media plans for ambassadors to support the broader marketing campaigns
Support ambassador marketing plans as part of EA Sports brand level programme
Requirements
Great relationship experience to engage with high profile talent and their representation
A great level of experience in sports marketing with focus on racing and football
An eye towards the future of sport
Entrenched in sports culture, lifestyle and trends
Proven experience in marketing
Ability to manage multiple high profile projects simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Succeed in fast paced environments
Ability for international travel
