We a growing company that manufactures its own high quality chocolate and distributes to customers, such as Holland and Barrett, WH Smith Travel and more

Working with the Founder and CEO of the company to manage key functions and build a growing business.

Key responsibilities are; improving performance in manuafacturing, working with suppliers and negotiating supply contract, packaging and ingredient planning, production planning, maintaining and improving Food Safety Certification (SALSA/ BRCGS).

Experience prefered, although not essential; good knowledge of food manufacturing environment, previous management/ supervisory experience, familiar with software based planning, manufacturing and distribution, working with suppliers and customers, used to working in a small business

Skills: good with people, excellent negotiator, PC literate, strong presentation skills, understands a P&L and cashflow

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £43,946.00-£47,129.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Food safety (SALSA or BRCGS): 2 years (required)
• Operations management: 2 years (required)
• Food industry: 3 years (required)
