Coffee Shop Assistant

Fearless Coffee is a new coffee shop that will be opening soon and we will be located in the Rosemount area of Aberdeen. We're looking for a Cafe Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with team members to create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organised cafe, including the service area and seating area
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Calculate the price of each customer's order based on their selection.
• Complete orders and make recommendations to customers.
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant setting preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends

Salary: £7.50-£10.42 per hour
