Hair Stylist

We are currently recruiting for a new stylist to join our small team.

Feature Hair & Beauty is a fast paced, well established salon based on the outskirts of Rugby (Central Park Drive, Retail Park) - We specialise in balayage, blondes, hair extensions and styling. We are looking to expand the salon team over 2023!

We are looking for various levels of stylists including; Junior Stylists, Stylists and Senior Stylists, Colourists, Extensionists - As long as you have a passion for hair and are qualified in level 2 and 3 hairdressing we would LOVE to hear from you!

Alongside doing hair you will provide your clients with excellent customer service and be full of product knowledge to educate and inspire them.

Your role will include maintaining a smart and fashionable personal image in line with our brand and you will be able to help with the smooth running of the salon when not behind the chair.

Duties to include -

• Reception duties
• Cleaning
• Preparing for client bookings
• Ordering stock
• Helping with marketing and social media.

You will also receive free training, individual target incentives and all the support for you to grow your career in this exciting industry, wherever you want it to take you.
