Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal
Boutique estate planning firm seeks an estate planning, probate, and trust administration paralegal. Experience with litigation is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of estate planning or probate and trust experience required. Candidate must be detail oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects and work independently.
Duties include:
· Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance health directives and deeds.
· Managing office calendar and deadlines for hearings
· Communicating with clients and court staff
· Drafting probate forms
· Drafting trust administration documents
Required Computer Skills:
· Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook
· California Wills and Trust estate plan drafting software
·CLIO practice management software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
