Job description
Ferrantes Foodservice are currently seeking a full time, permanent contract van driver for our depot in Fishponds. (This is not multi drop)
Rate of pay is £12.00 per hour (£26,500 per year)
SHIFTS
38 to 42 hours per week, 5 days per week - Monday - Friday. No weekends, 06.00am to 16.00pm (Start and finish times may vary) - Full training will be given.
ABOUT US
Ferrantes Foodservice is an independent, family-owned food wholesalers, established in Bristol in 1986. In its 35-year history the company has grown from a single delivery van to a well known regional supplier of high quality foods and disposables.
We’re based in a large, purpose-built warehouse in Fishponds, Bristol, where we manufacture and distribute a range of ambient, chilled and frozen foods plus a range of disposables.
THE ROLE
As one of our delivery team you will have the same route every week.
The areas you will cover will be either,Bristol, Somerset, Glos, or Swindon.
You will provide excellent customer service at all times.
Check & count all stock with the customer when the delivery is made.
Between 15 - 25 drops per day.
THE APPLICANT
You must not have any more than 6 points on your driving licence.
You will be required to drive in a safe, legal and efficent manner.
