Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Undertake personal care tasks as outlined in the Service User's care/support plan.
- Maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with Service Users.
- Liaise with agency staff and/or other professionals as necessary or as directed.
- Adhere to all agency's policies and procedures.
- Prepare and cook meals as outlined in the care/support plan.
- Undertake housekeeping, household cleaning, and laundry duties as requested if outlined in the care plan.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
