Role Title: Laundry Driver and Assistant

Reports To: Laundry Manager

Role Purpose

You will join our dynamic team here at French and Launders in Leamington Spa. Based at our commercial laundry, you will be joining an established and rapidly growing business which supports a variety of customers around the Warwickshire and West Midlands areas.

Our clients include;

• Hotels
• Guest houses and B&B’s
• Caterers
• Restaurants / cafés
• Domestic customers
• Sports clubs

About the role

Mandatory Requirements (do not apply if you cannot meeting this)

• Full Clean UK Driving license
• Fit and able as there is a element of physical activity to lift and carry customer laundry/loading of vehicles

You will need to be reliable and flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities across the operations. Daily tasks include (not limited to)

• Collecting and delivering customers laundry around Warwickshire
• Use of company vehicles
• Support the packaging of linen ahead of delivery
• Sorting the linen before items are washed
• Communicating with customers (face to face and via telephone)

Normal laundry opening hours are 9am – 5pm during summer months – however based on seasonal demand there may be a requirement for flexibility of working hours to support our customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £9.60 per hour
