This position offers a great opportunity for a manager who is passionate about customer service and building a community of like-minded individuals. The candidates for this position will be required to work a flexible schedule and be hands-on and involved in the day-to-day running of the shop. Candidates will also need to take ownership over the day-to-day running of the shop, including training staff and preparing weekly or monthly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct store staff and daily operations.
• Hire staff members and train them in store policies., stock keeping, merchandising, and customer service.
• Inspect store area to ensure that shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and sales floor is neat.
• Communicate with employees on appropriate customer service skills.
• Initiate problem-solving action for customer concerns.
• Supervise staff members to ensure customer service is of high quality.
• Develop relationships with other local businesses to create more business for the store.
• Offer suggestions on how owner can earn more money from the business.
• Manager all day-to-day operations at the store.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
