Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to help us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for the kitchen, an innovative flair when it comes to creating new recipes and a strong desire to constantly improve restaurant operations. The Head Chef is responsible for managing and planning daily schedules, ensuring products are used effectively and monitoring staff performance. Our company is seeking a Head Chef who can help create a motivated team and constantly monitor the environment, hygiene and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety.
- Control costs and utilisation of kitchen resources.
- Communicate clearly with other members of the kitchen staff.
- Train staff.
- Manage the kitchen team.
- Prepare high-quality dishes of food and drink; and maintain high standards of presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
