Hotel Receptionist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking Receptionist to join our existing team. Experience is preferred, and personality is a must!

Experience with computerised reservations systems, particularly Guestline, would be advantageous.

As a member of our team, your primary focus will be to ensure that each of our guests receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes; you will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption. You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest enquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.

You will be required to work shift work which will include evenings and weekends.

You will enjoy working with others, have a great ‘can do’ approach and importantly have a friendly approach to customer service and everyone you come into contact with. You will be able to work in a team but also have the ability to work independently with great problem-solving skills.

A full induction into the role will be given; you will also be expected to attend on-going training as required.
