Food Production Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Your main duties will be working in a fast pace food production environment, responsible for preparing and packing chilled produce. Working with various machinery you will follow health and safety guide lines, quality control and adhere to FSA Scotland regulations.
Previous experience within a food production operation, ideally a high pace and high volume environment. A FSA Scotland certificate would be an advantage.
You should have pride in the preparing and quality of the products you produce and be comfortable standing for long periods of time. You will also be required to do some lifting and carrying of the products as well as cleaning to company policies. You should be able to work well with a small team.
Full training will be given from our ladies in the production unit.
Mon to Thurs 8am to 2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
