Role Overview & Responsibilities
Grounded Cafe Bar
Floor/Bar and Barista wanted to work in a amazing fun Cafe Bar setting.
We are looking for staff that can work anywhere between 20 to 35 hours a week and also weekend staff to work only Saturdays and Sundays.
Experience is preferable but don't worry if you don't have any as training is given from one of our experienced team.
We are a independent cafe bar that serves amazing food, great coffee and award winning craft beers especially produced for us. Our venues are full of fun with a family of staff that strive to give the very best service to make customers happy.
You will also be sent off to do a days training at a coffee roastery where a award winning Barista will train you in the art of coffee making and late art. We also work closely with Bristol's best Craft Brewery that will take you around the brewery and show you the production of beer making from grain to pint and understanding what is craft beer.
