Handle are working with a leading social media agency who are in search of a stand-out individual with expertise in capturing and producing compelling visual content for popular social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create engaging social media content for artists, labels, events, and music brands.
• Direct short and long-form video content, as well as photo shoots.
• Skilfully capture photo and video content using professional equipment and mobile devices, employing various styles.
• Edit content directly within social media platforms and professional editing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the creative team on projects requiring graphic design, motion, or editing.
• Work with social media leads to generate content concepts across platforms, conveying ideas through references and treatments if necessary.
• Collaborate with our in-house producer to plan, manage, and execute shoots from a logistical standpoint.
• Stay updated on social media content trends and app updates, delivering creative, and on-trend content within scheduled deadlines.
• Develop and implement personal processes to enhance the agency's creative output.
• Above all, produce content that resonates with our clients and target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to excel in collaborating closely with artists in diverse settings, including intimate studio sessions, professional shoot sets, and live gigs.
• A deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok as a native user, leveraging this knowledge to contribute to content.
• Skilled in using various Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Display a strong passion for music, ideally with prior experience in the music industry.
• Experience producing creative and digital content for social media.
• Present an impressive portfolio demonstrating a wide range of visual content for social media and digital marketing.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and effectively managing multiple projects while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Content working as a valuable member of a small yet expanding team.
