Havant Rugby Club is Hampshire’s most successful rugby club with more than 600 players aged 6 to 60.

As a community amateur sports club (CASC), the club’s mission is to provide sustainable rugby for all, at the highest possible level, supported with great coaching and the best possible playing and training facilities. The club sits at the heart of a community, so as well as the rugby, the club is committed to being a Hub that serves its community hosting a variety of events and functions: Ruby matchdays, Rugby events, Weddings, Birthday parties, Business meetings, Funerals….

Located in Havant our busy Club is looking for an experienced, reliable, pro-active, and diligent individual to join its team to be successful on the pitch we must be successful off it! The club relies on the contribution that events deliver, to provide profits that can be reinvested into the club to offer the absolute best rugby experience for those that play and watch it.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work will be 20 hours per week starting early in the morning, worked flexibly across the week, including weekends.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensuring club facilities are always fit for purpose, clean, and set up for events and activities to meet scheduled events to the specification supplied.
• Perform and track routine inspection.
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Be a key-holder for the club.
• Provide matchday support, ensuring smooth running of the day and excellent customer service.

Previous experience and Skills required:

• Cleaning (1 years’ experience Preferred).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
