Junior Lab Technician/Testing Clerk

We're looking for a dynamic, professional individual with a keen eye for detail to join our fast-paced global wellness business offering allergy and intolerance testing.

Job Purpose:

To assist the operations in our allergy and intolerance hair testing labs ensuring good practice, adherence to SOPs and high client focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring testing is completed within customer promise timescales.
• Comply with business and regulatory requirements and best practice
• To ensure quality management of our services and processes.

Customer Focus:

• To be a referral point for some customer and internal queries.
• To ensure attention to detail with every test.

Outline Skills

• Great communication skills both personal and written format.
• Ability to listen and understand both client needs and the needs of department heads.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Organised and able to work to deadlines and targets.
• Good attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to input data accurately and efficiently
• Ability to use Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
