Job Title: Warehouse/ Transit van Driver
Location: Rubery, Birmingham (near Bromsgrove)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
We are an established printing company in Rubery, Birmingham, and we are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Warehouse Operative /Driver to join our team. This is a labour-intensive role that will involve a range of tasks, including driving our forklift and company transit van, packing for despatch, tidying, cleaning of work stations, stock control, and hand crafting with paper and card. Full training will be provided.
To be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving license and a forklift license. You should also have good organisational skills, as keeping the factory well-kept is part of the role. In addition, you must be able to lift occasional weights of up to 30 kilos, with most boxes weighing between 12-15 kilos.
As part of this role, you will be customer-facing when delivering to clients, so you must be well presented and polite. Being able to communicate effectively with clients is essential, whether you are delivering to them or if they are collecting.
