What you will do as a Food and Beverage Associate
- Preparing and serving any beverages requested by guests or colleagues.
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times.
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times in the Food & Beverage Outlets
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.
