We're recruiting a results-driven intern to provide support on M&A transactions. The intern will support client due diligence, create client presentations, research industry trends and conduct analyses of prospective acquirers. This is a full-time Analyst-track role.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of M&A transactions, and relevant work experience is desired. The role is suitable for those with appropriate academic qualifications or currently pursuing a University degree. A strong desire for career progression in the banking and financial advisory industry is necessary. The candidate should have sound organisational skills, a track record of delivering results and the ability to consistently meet tight, demanding deadlines. Excellent financial, mathematical and communication skills are required.
